This kid-friendly juice options apples, carrots and beets with only a contact of lemon. It’s a sweeter juice that also has loads of good-for-you veggies. Beets are an excellent supply of potassium and fiber, together with nutritional vitamins A and C. Carrots comprise the ABC’s of health as a superb supply of nutritional vitamins A, B and C.   • 1 apple
  • 4 small beets
  • 4 medium carrots
  • ½ lemon
