Ingredients

Wet:

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2.5 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Dry:

  • 1 1/4 cup flour a couple of tbsp extra relying onthe flour used.
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup candied ginger (elective)

Topping:

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1.5 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Line a brownie pan or a loaf pan. Preheat the oven to 350 deg F (180 C). In a bowl, mix the moist substances till effectively mixed. Add a tbsp of sugar/coconut sugar should you just like the bars to be sweeter

  2. Add 1 cup flour, almond flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon to the bowl. Lightly combine the dry substances after which combine them into the moist.
