Servings: 1 9″ cheesecake

Chocolate Base:

  • 2 cups
    (8oz)
    Walnuts
  • 1 packed cup
    (~24)
    Dates
  • ¼
    cup
    Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder
  • ¼
    tsp
    Salt

For the Chocolate Base:

  1. In a food processor or high-speed blender (I used my Vitamix), add the walnuts and dates. Grind till it comes collectively and yields a moist crumble.

  2. Add the cocoa powder and salt and grind once more. It’s prepared when you’ll be able to pinch it collectively and it stays collectively in a “dough.”

For the Cheesecake Filling:
