  • 36g
    (3 tbs)
    Chia Seeds
  • 10g
    (2 tbs)
    Unsweetened Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder
  • 4
    packets
    Natural Sweetener
    (I used Truvia)
  • pinch of
    Salt
  • ¾ cup
    + 2 tbs
    Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2
    tbs
    Roasted Beet Puree
    (see this put up for instructions)
  • 1
    tsp
    Vanilla Extract
  1. In a shaker cup, add the chia seeds, cocoa powder, sweetener and salt.  Pour in only a ½ cup of the milk.  Cover with the cap and shake vigorously.

  2. Add the remainder of the milk, beet puree, and vanilla extract, and shake once more.  Pour evenly into jars, seal tightly, and refrigerate in a single day.

  3. Serve and benefit from the subsequent morning!
