It all started with this bottle of kefir I purchased on a whim.

When I’m at Whole Foods, I normally decide up Wallaby’s plain, nonfat Aussie Greek Yogurt.  All Wallaby merchandise are natural, which I like.  Their natural Aussie type gradual culturing course of takes 2x as lengthy to create an indulgent, uniquely mellow style that’s 2x pretty much as good.  On my final journey to WF, I noticed their Aussie Kefir.  I’m not normally an impulse purchaser…  I am going to the shop with an inventory and am fairly good at sticking to it.  But I made a decision to provide it a attempt, although I wasn’t actually certain what to anticipate.  I attempted it after I received house, and it’s mainly like drinkable yogurt — tangy and clean!

I polled everybody on my Instagram asking whether or not or not they’ve tried kefir.

51% voted sure.
49% voted no.  Close name!

I then requested what I ought to make with it.

32% voted Pumpkin Overnight Dessert Oats.
68% voted Cake Batter Milkshake.

So I pulled my blender out and received started.

This Cake Batter Milkshake tastes identical to a slice of cake, however with out all of the nasty elements — no bleached all function flour, no refined sugar, and no butter!

This milkshake is extremely thick, candy and creamy, identical to an everyday milkshake, but it surely doesn’t have any sugary ice lotions, artificially flavored syrups or your whole RDI for energy, fats and carbs!

It’s about time we have our cake and drink it too  😉
