This Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge is rather like common fudge — tremendous wealthy, uber decadent and tooth-achingly candy — but it surely’s secretly healthy and guilt-free!  Yup, which means no three sticks of butter, no 4 cups of sugar and no heavy splashes of corn syrup or heavy cream…  simply pure, fudgy peanut buttery goodness.

This Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge is dense, thick, and packed with that cuddly cozy peanut butter richness.  Each piece of fudge is simply as comforting as a spoonful of peanut butter proper out of the jar.  We’ve alllll been there.  You know what I’m speaking about  😉

Another advantage of this fudge is that it doesn’t have that annoying stick-to-the-roof-of-your-mouth sort of texture.  Some folks like that however I hate it.  Oh goodness, this fudge is heaven.  BIG style, mini package deal.  But it’s not as sinful because it appears to be like and tastes.  Not to say, it’s SO. DARN. EASY.

It’s made completely in a food processor, which is quick, straightforward, and tremendous handy.  Just dump all of the elements inside, mix, and BAM…  it’s all easy and even.

One BIG shocker right here is that I used to be truly completely happy with only a few items of fudge…  I didn’t really feel completely uncontrolled and like I wished to plow by means of your entire pan.  That’s most likely as a result of it’s stuffed with filling protein and fiber, and doesn’t have any addictive sugar.  Despite how freaking scrumptious it’s, I used to be completely proud of only a few items at a time.
