    (⅔ cup)
    Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 128g
    (⅔ cup)
    Granulated Erythritol
  • 128g
    (½ cup)
    Natural Peanut Butter
    (the drippy variety)
  • 60g
    (¼ cup)
    Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1
    tsp
    Vanilla Extract
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 levels Fahrenheit and line 2 cookie sheets with silicone baking mats.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk collectively the peanut flour, flaxseed, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a big bowl, whisk collectively the applesauce, erythritol, peanut butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Dump the dry components over the moist components and fold along with a silicone spatula. Dough needs to be THICK!
